Your privacy is important to us. For this reason we will not share any information you provide to us to any outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete an order (some of our items are made and shipped by outside vendors).

We use your personal information (Address,etc) only to ship the product. Information you provide to create a personalized product is only used for that purpose and only disclosed to the recipient (when shipping a gift).

We only use your email address to answer the email we receive, we will not share or sell your email address.

Payments are handled through Paypal`s Secure Site and Server with Paypal Balance`s and Credit Card`s.

Here at Country Charm Scents we want you to be completely satisfied with your products.We take pride in our products and customer service. If at any time, you receive a broken or damaged product in shipping.....please contact us directly at CountryCharmScents@yahoo.com

We will take the necessary steps to replacing your damaged products. We request that all defective and/or damaged product(s) be returned to Country Charm Scents in order for us to send replacement.

Candles & Bath&Body products are shipped directly from the candle maker with an approximate shipping time of 2 weeks.

In-Stock items such as, Candle Decor/Prim Home Decor/Crafts and Smellie Jellie's are shipped directly from Country Charm warehouse using USPS and UPS. If an item is temporarily unavailable and needs to be ordered you will be notified as soon as possible.

It is Country Charm's practice to ship the most Economical and Feasible Way.
